OMG. The very first question on the Manchester United Soccer School FAQ...

1. Will my child get spotted by Manchester United and become a Manchester United player?

Do people seriously think a) they're going to recruit kids? (admittedly they do have a camp for teenagers so that I could understand) and b) that that is the most important reason to go to this camp?

God, I hate competitive parents.

There was a German footie player who was recruited when he was 13 and was trained by the team until he was old enough to play for the team.
